The much awaited Tesla Model 3 has been finally revealed amongst crazy excitement from the fans of Elon Musk and Tesla Motors across the globe.

Model 3 is a $35,000 car capable of going almost 350 km (215 miles) on a single charge and will be doing 0-100 kmph in under 6 seconds according to the revered boss, Elon Musk. There will be other variants of the car that will go much faster at a higher price point. The only problem is you will have to wait until late 2017 to get one in your hands if you go book it right now!! Yes, Tesla has started accepting reservation for a Model 3 at $1000 in the USA and few variations in booking amount across the world.
Reports coming in from across the world show hundreds of people queuing outside the Tesla stores even before the stores open. The bookings can be done through Tesla store or online, however, the prior might give them a better position in the queue. Also, owing a previous Tesla benefits since those will be given precedence over others as a small ‘Thank you’ gesture probably!!
All Model 3 will be compatible with the supercharging stations. There will be more than 7000 of them by the end of next year across the USA. Model 3 will come with both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions, ”seating 5 adults comfortably” according to Elon Musk. The interior will have a 15-inch landscape styled touch screen instead of the 17-inch portrait styled control system seen on the Model S and Model X.
Autopilot will be a standard feature as will be the safety features seen on the elder siblings. The car will have a front and rear cargo space which is “more cargo capacity than any gasoline car of the same external dimensions,” said Musk.
Tesla Model 3 could be the revolution that was needed to make a change to the automotive world and it surely didn’t disappoint.
