October’s Tokyo Motor Show saw another brilliant concept from Suzuki that could hit the road very shortly.
We’re talking about the hydrogen fuel cell powered Suzuki SX4 . The Fuel Cell borrowed from GM will use hydrogen compressed at 10,000 Psi to generate electricity. Now, this is certainly a car to watch out for because it truly represents affordable hydrogen fuel cell powered cars that can be bought by the masses. Test cars are already doing the rounds in Japan and will soon hit showroom floors.
Will the SX4 come to India?
That isn’t too probable in the near future considering the virtual absence of hydrogen fuel dispensing infrastructure in India as of now. However, all this could change a few years from now when Indian manufacturers too, join the FCV bandwagon.
