Toyota Innova Crysta managed to garner a 14.10 score out of 16 points during the crash test and received a 4-star safety rating out of 5-stars, because the car is not offered with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) as standard, which happens to be mandatory to achieve a 5-star rating.
