Bajaj Auto Limited has launched a new commuter motorcycle called the CT 100B in India at a price of Rs. 30,990/-. The bike claims to offer a mileage of 99.1Km/L under standard testing conditions. It is being offered with an 2 year warranty which is excellent for its class.

The Bajaj CT 100B retains the engine of the CT100 with improvements. It comes with a large round headlamp, thick comfortable seat and a large powder coated rear grab handle. Commenting on the launch of the CT 100B, Mr. Eric Vas, President, Motorcycles Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd said, “With the CT100B, Customers can enjoy the pleasure of owning a new bike rather than compromise by searching for a second hand bike.” He further added, “The CT100 is one of the most successful entry level 100cc bikes in India selling over 5 lakh bikes in the 12 months since its launch last February. We are confident of attracting more customers to the CT100 family.” CT 100B comes in four colours and is now available across dealerships in India.

The company also launched an all new bike the V15 on February 1st that is made out of the metal of India’s first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. It is powered by a 150cc DTS-i engine that develops a maximum torque of 13Nm at 5500RPM and a peak power of 12PS power at 7500RPM. It comes with large 33 dia front fork and rear shock absorbers and a double cradle frame design that offers higher rigidity and strength. The V comes with a stylised removable rear seat cowl, which can be instantly detached to seat the pillion. The new speedometer cluster with a dual colour LED fuel level indicator and an elegant LED tail lamp round off the equipment’s list. The Bajaj V will be launching soon in the Indian market.
