The Himalayan has been built to make off-roading as easy as possible along with a tourer. It comes with a high mounted front splatter guard and a high wind deflector to help cruising at high speeds. The company has also provided guards around the slender fuel tank to absorb the damage from any falls. There is provision to mount metal panniers to stock up all your stuff for a long ride. The fuel tank has been swept back upwards to increase the water wading capabilities of the adventure tourer.

The bike rides on 21-inch spoke wheels at the front and a slightly smaller 19-inch one on the rear. Disc brakes on both ends are utilized for stopping power and features LED taillights. Himalayan features a split seat and a service interval of 10,000 km. The company also insists on spark plug change every 25,000 km. ABS will be offered as optional. The panniers can be brought in metal or leather as per your taste.
